Omni Gear specializes
in the manufacturing of precision machined custom gears in a variety of sizes
and types: spur, helical, cluster, internal, sprocket, spline, worm
and worm gear, and special forms for use in any type of application.
In addition to furnishing complete gears, we also cut teeth only on
customers' supplied blanks. We stock a large selection of materials
including bronze, plastic, fibre, and alloys up to 12" in
diameter. No job is too large or too small for Omni Gear.
Our skilled
craftsmen have experience and knowledge in producing custom gears servicing many industries
including graphics arts, corrugated box and bag making, food
equipment, material handling, presses, roll forming, custom machinery,
